Biometric Health Screening

During the biometric health screening clinic, employees meet with a Registered Nurse. The nurse will take blood pressure, perform a finger prick blood analysis as well as take measurements such as height, weight etc. to determine key data points. These measurements are used to develop their health profile. Through Lifemark’s point-of-care data collection system, MyHealthCheck, the employees' health profile is immediately generated as a personalized report card and assessed with the nurse.
The employee will:
- Review their personal report card with the nurse
- Understand their personal risks for chronic health conditions
- Receive coaching to identify simple steps to improve their health profile
- Obtain written direction to follow up with a family doctor, if needed
- Receive access to their report card via email 24 hours after the clinic
- Have the ability to track changes year over year

Health Risk Assessment
Online Health Risk Assessments can be added to any biometric health screening campaign. Employees enhance their personal health profile by completing the online Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Adding subjective data around health behaviours like nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress, gives employees a clearer understanding of their overall health. The results of their HRA are immediately compiled into and visible on their report card.
Evaluation
Before revisiting their report card, employees will complete a brief evaluation of their biometric health screening experience. As an employer, you will get first hand insight into the benefit of their clinical experience.
Aggregate Report
A comprehensive aggregate report will be provided. While protecting the privacy of individuals, this report will clearly identify risks within the organization so that you can implement targeted wellness initiatives, such as health education and coaching, to improve employee health and decrease organizational risk.
